  • It is mandatory for all delegates to carry there photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing or through e-mail.
  • Request must be sent to conference secretariat. E-mail: acp2023bhubaneswar@gmail.com
  • Cancellations received till 15th June 2023 will get 50% of the registration fees (excluding GST) one month after conference completion.
  • Cancellations received up to 20th July 2023 will get 25% of the registration fees (excluding GST) one month after conference completion.
  • No refund of registration fee will be provided for cancellation requests received after 20th July 2023.
